1. Switch Ltd. has purchased seven acres along Warm Springs Road near Decatur Blvd. in Las Vegas for $15M. The deal closed in late April. The site is adjacent to several of the company’s existing data centers.
Lease Transactions
2. Downtown Summerlin will add more than 114KSF of new retail space as part of its latest expansion. The 400-acre mixed-use development in the Las Vegas Valley has leased the new retail space to 10 new tenants.
