Fine Entertainment is the anchor tenant for much of the retail portion of the development, with plans to utilize 180KSF. Fine Entertainment has announced five separate restaurant plans for the site:

  • The Mint,
  • PKWY Tavern,
  • The BLVD Grille,
  • The George Sportsmen’s Lounge and
  • Smelly Cat.

Additionally, the tenant has plans for four other restaurant concepts and an underground nightclub. The Nevada Gaming Commission and Reno City Council approved a gaming license for Fine Entertainment, which will allow the company to include roughly 200 slot machines.
