Sales Transactions

1. IOWN Energy, on behalf of Eolus North America Inc., completed the all-cash sale of the 127 MW / 506 MWh Roccasecca battery energy storage project in Boulder City to DESRI. The transaction, which was completed on Feb. 13, included the transfer of all shares of the project’s special purpose vehicle. Approximately $290M in senior secured credit facilities, including loans and letters of credit, supported the deal, and Zions Bancorporation, Société Générale, Intesa Sanpaolo and Bayerische Landesbank served as coordinating lead arrangers. The project is under construction and is expected to reach commercial operation in 2026.

2. Switch purchased approximately 140 acres in Apex Industrial Park in North Las Vegas for $95M. The sale closed on March 18. The acquisition follows a separate 176-acre purchase in the park for $85.5M in December.
