An agreement has been formed regarding Borden Industries’ acquisition of the Hughes Center in Clark County. Logic Commercial Real Estate is the receiver of the property. It has been in a court-ordered receivership for two years. The purchase price has yet to be disclosed.
Sunbelt Development & Realty Partners announced the sale of a 20-lot residential site to Beazer Homes. The site is located at North 5th & Lone Mountain. Transaction details were not disclosed.
Dickson Commercial Group announced it represented an undisclosed tenant in a lease transaction for a 90KSF industrial space at 775 Waltham Way in Sparks. Nick Knecht, Joel Fountain and Baker Krukow handled the transaction. The landlord was also undisclosed.
