Boxabl began trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol BXBL after completing its merger with a publicly traded special-purpose acquisition company. The North Las Vegas-based modular home manufacturer, founded in 2017, said it has built more than 800 homes and raised more than $230M from more than 50,000 investors before going public. Boxabl is led by co-CEOs Paolo Tiramani and Galiano Tiramani.
