The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada announced it is rebranding from EDAWN to Northern NV Now. The rebrand is intended to support its economic development efforts. The move follows extensive market research.
Boxabl began trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol BXBL after completing its merger with a publicly traded special-purpose acquisition company. The North Las Vegas-based modular home manufacturer, founded in 2017, said it has built more than 800 homes and raised more than $230M from more than 50,000 investors before going public. Boxabl is led by co-CEOs Paolo Tiramani and Galiano Tiramani.
