Sales Transactions
1. LaPour Partners and G2 Capital Development sold Narrative, a four-story, approximately 100KSF office building in Las Vegas, for $48M. Located just south of the 215 Beltway between Durango and Buffalo Drives, the property was 95% leased at the time of sale. The undisclosed buyer describes himself as a Summerlin resident and was legally listed as a recently formed, limited-liability company managed by NV Auto Pilot Partnership.
2. Syndicate Mixed Martial Arts purchased the 18KSF retail building it had previously rented at 6315 S. Rainbow Blvd. in Spring Valley for $6.6M. Avison Young’s Hillary Steinberg and Corina Towle represented the undisclosed seller.
3. The three-property Kromer Portfoliowas recently purchased by Hamilton Zanze. The portfolio includes 1,048 apartments located throughout Reno and Sparks. This consists of:
- The 272-unit Village of the Pines in Reno;
- The 448-unit Sand Pebble-Spanish Oaks in Sparks, and
- The 328-unit Lakeview in Reno.
The buyer was represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Ken Blomsterberg, Ryan Rife and Daniel Winrod. Transaction details were not disclosed.
