1. Kiley Ranch Marketplace, at the SWC of Wingfield Hills Road and Pyramid Highway in Sparks, was recently purchased by Barclay Group. The 46.7-acre parcel was purchased for $25.6M. Barclay Group intends to construct a 400KSF retail power center. Kidder Mathews’ Shawn Smith and Sean Retzloff represented both the buyer and the seller, KM2 Development. Kidder Mathews will be handling the leasing of the development.

2. Colliers’ Pat Marsh and Sam Newman represented MCA Realty in its $4.2M purchase of 4205 W. Tompkins Ave. in Las Vegas. The 19.5KSF industrial property was originally constructed in 1984. The new owners are planning to renovate the site. Marsh and Newman also represented the undisclosed seller.

3. The Pink Chapel Estate, located at 9381 S. Homestead Road, was recently sold to an undisclosed local businessman. The seller, who initially purchased the 30-acre parcel in 2017, was Stacy Frick[EH1] [CJ2] . It was initially listed last October for $2M. The property includes a 19-plus horse stable, a horse track with stadium seating for thousands, multiple outbuildings and 30 acre-feet of water rights. The property consists of split zoning, with both RH 4.5 and Commercial Manufacturing zones. The listing noted the estate will need renovations.
