2. A vacant 12.3KSF industrial building on roughly 0.6 acres at 300 N. Las Vegas Blvd. in downtown Las Vegas sold for $4M. The City of Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency purchased the property. Avison Young represented the seller, the Estate of Tony Hsieh.
