Lease Transactions

1. Arhaus has signed a 15.9KSF lease to anchor The Cliff, a 100KSF Class A retail development in Henderson’s Green Valley Ranch. The $55M project will replace 10 acres of underutilized office space with an open-air campus. Additional leases include Next Health at 2.2KSF, The Taco Stand at 1.8KSF, Lyte House at 1.7KSF, The Barista Botanist at 1.5KSF and Killer Whale Creamery at 1KSF. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026, and openings are anticipated later that year.
