1. Peccole Enterprises recently sold the nearly 162KSF Peccole Plaza for $38.6M. Lucescu Realty’s Mark Lucescu and Tanner Englelage handled the transaction. The buyer was undisclosed.
2. Cop Group sold Las Palmas Village to Brixton Capital. The shopping center, located at 445 E. Windmill Lane, sold for $29.4M. The development spans 106.8KSF, which was 95% occupied at the time of sale. JLL’s Dan Tyner, Gleb Lvovich and Geoff Tranchina represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented.
Lease Transactions
3. An undisclosed tenant signed a 10.6KSF lease at Pama Distribution Center, Suite 102, an industrial property in Las Vegas’ Airport submarket. The Willmore Industrial Team with CBRE represented the landlord, Dermody, in the transaction.
