Sales Transactions

1. Colliers brokered the $12.15M sale of a 78.7KSF fully leased manufacturing facility at 975 Energy Way in Reno. A private investor acquired the asset from Lowenberg Corp. The property is fully leased to ALS USA, a subsidiary of publicly traded ALS Limited, through 2030. The facility sits on 3.31 acres and features 24-foot clear heights, functional manufacturing specifications and 37 parking spaces. Colliers’ Mike Kendall, Greig Lagomarsino, Gian Bruno, Nick Mascheroni, Kenny Patricia, Scott Scharlach, Kylie Jones, Chris Fairchild and Casey Scott represented both parties in the transaction.

2. CenterSquare recently purchased Lake Mead Gateway Plazain Henderson for an undisclosed amount. The retail investor now owns six properties in the Las Vegas area.

3. Merra Cordier purchased the former OfficeMax building at 4995 S. Eastern Ave. from an ownership group including Lorraine Hunt Bono for an undisclosed amount. The buyer was represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Candace Bare. Merra Cordier plans to renovate the property.
