Matter Real Estate Group recently announced its plans to finish the office portion of the multi-phase UnCommons mixed-use with its fifth building.

UnCommons is owned and developed by Matter Real Estate Group. Gensler is the design architect, while 5G Studio Altera, LLC is the architect of record. Burke Construction Group is the general contractor.

UnCommons is comprised of four office buildings, retail/restaurant and an apartment complex. The existing offices are currently fully leased. NVBEX previously covered the residential portion of the Spring Valley project. (NVBEX; May 26, 2025)

The new building will have 19.8KSF of retail space on the ground floor, as well as 39.3KSF of office space on floors two and three. This brings the grand total to 59.1KSF.

The fifth office building is planned on a 1.4-acre slice of land at the western end of UnCommmons. This puts it between the DraftKings building and a parking garage.

Matter’s Jim Stuart told the Las Vegas Review-Journal the new building will be operational by Q1 2028. (Source)
