Trammell Crow’s approved Henderson Gun Club data center may not proceed, according to City of Henderson representatives.
Trammell Crow is the developer, while Eldorado Hills LLC is the landowner. DCM Designs Inc is the architect attached to the data center campus.
An application was initially approved by the Henderson Planning Commission on Nov. 13, 2025. The project consists of five data center buildings on a 157-acre site.
Each building was proposed to be 252.5KSF. The site would also have 430 parking spaces, including EV parking, standard parking and bicycle spaces.
The staff report indicated the project would have consumed 6,113,750 gallons of water annually, below the 10-million-gallon maximum set by the City of Henderson.
Mayor Michelle Romero told KLAS the project had been approved but that the developer would likely not move forward with the development. A City representative also told KLAS the company has a six-year window to find an end user, but no additional applications or submittals have been received.
The project is proposed at the NEC of Bentonite Avenue and Whidbey Road. The initial proposal had a timeline set for a 2030 completion date. (Source: KLAS)
