1. The four-story, more than 82KSF Optum Cactus Healthcare center at 1655 E. Cactus Ave. in Las Vegas sold for $46.1M. Colliers brokered the sale as an exclusive advisor to the seller, Sheq Properties.
2. A vacant 12.3KSF industrial building on roughly 0.6 acres at 300 N. Las Vegas Blvd. in downtown Las Vegas sold for $4M. The City of Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency purchased the property. Avison Young represented the seller, the Estate of Tony Hsieh.
