1. Triforta, a data-driven insurance agency, announced an office expansion in Reno. This expansion will allow the company to meet its needs in northern Nevada. The new office is located at 615 Ridgeview Ct., Suite F.

Boards & Commissions

2. NAIOP Northern Nevada announced the appointment of Bryce Clutts to its board of directors. Clutts is currently the President and CEO of Metcalf Builders and has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry.

New Hires

3. Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has added two new employees to its Northern Nevada Industrial Services platform in Reno. Mike Nevis joined the firm as Vice Chair and Shawn Jaenson joined as an Executive Managing Director. Working as a team, Nevis and Jaenson specialize in landlord and tenant representation, development advisory and the sale of industrial products in the region.

4. Amy Gail has been hired as a Senior Interior Designer at Frame Architecture. Gail has more than 22 years of interior design experience in various sectors and a bachelor’s degree in applied science and technology in interior design from Illinois State University. She is also part of the American Society of Interior Designers.

5. Rob Skinner has been hired by Sierra Nevada Properties as its new Commercial Manager. In his new role, Skinner will focus on recruiting, retaining and growing the division.
