Life Time is preparing to break ground on its approved 125.5KSF fitness center at the SEC of Durango Drive and Sunset Road in Las Vegas.
Heavy equipment currently sits on the 15-acre site. The three-story fitness center will feature weightlifting areas, fitness classes, tennis courts, indoor pools, outdoor pools, nutrition coaching station, children’s area, massage rooms and an area offering Botox and dermal fillers.
Life Time purchased the site in 2019 and had its plans approved by Clark County right before the pandemic occurred.
Construction stalled due to the pandemic, but things started picking up after the Clark County Building Department issued a commercial building permit in December 2024 for the development. The permit values the project at $29M.
Life Time is expecting to break ground within the next two months. (Source)
