1. Show Services & Storage, a joint venture between Yoke Transport and Concert Stuff Group, recently purchased a 36.8KSF warehouse in Sloan at 13850 S. Decatur Blvd. near Interstate 15 and Sloan Road. The warehouse was sold for $13.5M.
2. The 50-unit Nellis Gate Apartmentsat 4340 N. Las Vegas Blvd. recently sold for $4.5M. Northcap Commercial’s Jerad Roberts, Devin Lee and Robin Willett represented the undisclosed buyer. The seller was also undisclosed.
Lease Transactions
3. MEI Rigging & Crating is now occupying 161.2KSF at 500 Denmark Dr. in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center. The lease covers half of a newly completed 322KSF building owned by Clarion Partners. Dickson Commercial Group and Armour Realty represented the tenant.
