1. LOGIC Commercial Real Estate announced Michael Sclafani and Mallory LaBranch have each earned scholarships from the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute. The awards recognize their professional growth and commitment to the commercial real estate industry.
New Hires
2. Michael Argier has joined IndiCap as Senior Development Manager. He brings more than 18 years of real estate development and investment experience and will lead all aspects of the development process for the firm’s southern Nevada projects.
3. Carl C. deBaca has joined GCW as a Supervising Land Surveyor in its Reno office. He has more than three decades of experience and will oversee large-scale right-of-way and topographic mapping projects across Northern Nevada.
4. Kyle Cracchiola has been hired as a Servicing Assistant at Nevada State Development Corp. Cracchiola will assist NSDC’s small business clients throughout Nevada.
