Sale Transactions

1. CapRock Point @ Cheyenneat 3921 E. Cheyenne Ave. North Las Vegas was recently purchased by EastGroup Properties. CapRock Partners sold the 101.3KSF industrial warehouse property for an undisclosed amount. Colliers’Michael Kendall and Gian Bruno, Dan Doherty, Paul Sweetland and Jerry Doty handled the transaction.

Lease Transactions

2. THIRD Street signed a 41.5KSF lease for the former Downtown Cinemas to create a Downtown Las Vegas arts incubator and creative campus. The space will house multiple arts organizations and is expected to add performance and studio uses. Portions are slated to open in 2026, with a full venue launch expected in 2027.
