1. Valley View Industrial was recently purchased by a partnership between Intersection Equities and Sundance Bay. The multi-tenant flex industrial property at 5325 S. Valley View Blvd. in Las Vegas was sold for $8.7M. Sanders Wyoming Trust sold the 48.3KSF facility, which has a total of nine warehouse/office units. NAI Excel’s Erik Sexton and Camila Rosales represented the buyer. The new owners are planning to renovate the property.

2. Land has been purchased for an air taxi helipad to service Allegiant Stadium. UpWin Air Taxi, which is affiliated with the Las Vegas Spaceport, purchased the landing site at 3625 W. Russel Road in Las Vegas. The station will have four landing pads and be called Raiders Station. The company plans to eventually create a network of landing sites throughout the Strip.
