2. Ovation Development Corp. recently unveiled its new branch and branding for its senior affordable housing portfolio, dubbed Heirloom by Ovation. Ovation expects to complete six more affordable senior communities by 2028, which will create more than 1,650 units.

3. Steve Kucera recently joined Colliers as its new Vice Chair. Kucera has more than 20 years of experience in industrial real estate sales and leasing. He specializes in all phases of industrial real estate and previously served at Kidder Mathews.
