1. A 130.6KSF self-storage facility at 310 Rock Springs Dr. in Las Vegas was recently purchased by Buchanan Street Partners. The 917-unit facility was sold for $21.8M in an off-market transaction from the property’s developer.
2. NDI Plumbing and Mechanical purchased its property at 1855 Vassar St. in Reno for $1.6M. The financing was facilitated by Nevada State Development Corp.
