Sales Transactions

1. Vici Properties announced it is purchasing a seven-property portfolio from Golden Entertainment for $1.16B. The buildings will be leased back to Golden Entertainment. Vici will be taking on $426M of Golden Entertainment debt as part of the transaction. The Las Vegas portion of the portfolio consists of The Strat and the two Arizona Charlie’s locations. The portfolio is also comprised of the Aquarius and Edgewater resorts in Laughlin, the Pahrump Nugget Hotel and Casino and the Lakeside Casino & RV Park. The transaction is slated to close roughly halfway through 2026.

2. Narrative, an office building near the 215 Beltway in Las Vegas, was recently sold to a private family investment office for $48M. LaPour and G2 Capital Development, the owners and developers, sold the property. The 100KSF is occupied by Colliers and Agilysys.

Lease Transactions

3. Cushman & Wakefield arranged a long-term, full-building lease for an unnamed heavy-duty truck manufacturer at Prologis I-15 Speedway Logistics Center 11, a 309.2KSF distribution facility at 6250 E. Washburn Road in North Las Vegas. Cushman & Wakefield represented landlord Prologis. The rear-loaded building includes 46 dock doors, two grade doors and a 36-foot clear height.
