1. CBRE has facilitated the $10.7M sale of an industrial building at 6885 W. Gary Ave. in Las Vegas. KDS STATE AT 154 LLC acquired the property. CBRE’s Tyler Echlund represented the seller, PSIF EBS RAINBOW LLC. The property is fully leased to Bron Tapes LLC.
2. The industrial property at 2615 Mill St. in Reno sold for $6.9M at a 5.5% capitalization rate. The 52.1KSF, two-tenant building is fully leased. Logic Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
