2. Rafael Construction, Inc. is expanding into the Reno market. This growth will be led by Zach Caron, VP, as Rafael Construction continues to deliver quality construction and build strong partnerships across northern Nevada.
3. Precizion Partnershas acquired Reno-based Morgan Construction, one of Northern Nevada’s largest concrete sawing, core drilling, removal, repair and installation contractors. Jeremy Ellison will continue to lead Morgan Construction, which will operate as a subsidiary while retaining its name and workforce. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
New Hires
4. Chase Smithwas recently hired by Montane Building Group, Inc. as its new Project Coordinator. Smith will coordinate communication between subcontractors, architects and suppliers. He will have additional responsibilities surrounding contract management, record keeping and communication with the marketing team.
