Groundbreakings
1. LaPour has broken ground on Black Mountain Commerce Center, a 146KSF Class A industrial condominium project at 835 W. Warm Springs Road in Henderson. The development will offer units ranging from 21.1KSF to full-building opportunities and include 166 parking spaces and EV-capable stalls. CBRE is handling leasing and marketing for the project.
2. MYS Firm and Sumnu Marketing broke ground on April 6 on a 4KSF executive office and entrepreneurial center. T4 Construction is the general contractor. KME Architects is the design firm on the development, which is located at 1150 W. Owens Ave. in Las Vegas. The project will include a 1.4KSF training space and office components. Completion is expected in summer 2027.
Completions
3. Gaming Arts has opened The Forge, a 23KSF manufacturing facility on West Harmon Avenue in Las Vegas. The new facility expands the company’s operations and replaces its previous 8KSF space on Orville Wright Court.
4. Martin-Harris Construction LLC has largely completed the George Getto Transportation Yard Modernization Project for the Washoe County School District. A ribbon-cutting for the project was held on April 21. The multi-phase project includes a new building with maintenance, office and training space, along with upgraded bus parking and fueling infrastructure. Construction of the additional bus parking is still in progress and expected to be completed this summer.
