Sales Transactions
1. VICI Properties Inc. recently completed a $1.2B sale-leaseback featuring seven Golden Entertainment Inc. casinos. The properties consist of:
- The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower,
- Arizona Charlie’s Decatur,
- Arizona Charlie’s Boulder,
- Aquarius Casino Resort,
- Edgewater Casino Resort,
- Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino and
- Lakeside RV Park & Casino.
2. The U.S. Bureau of Land Management recently sold 13 parcels of land totaling 108 acres in the Las Vegas Valley for $68.6M. The parcels were sold via an online auction through the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act. The most expensive parcel sold for $15M.
3. Bonanza Gardens Apartments at 2751 E. Bonanza Road in Las Vegas recently sold for $20M. Both the buyer and seller were undisclosed. Northcap Commercial’s Robin Willett, Devin Lee and Jerad Roberts handled the transaction of the 171-unit building.
4. Alpha Pacific Capital acquired Onyx, a 63-unit apartment building at 5150 Duke Ellington Way in Las Vegas, for $18.6M from Continental Realty Group. The sale closed last month. The property, built in 2008, is located near the future Athletics ballpark site at the former Tropicana hotel-casino property.
