Decatur Apartments in Las Vegas Approved, to Break Ground Early Next Year

The Las Vegas City Council recently approved Decatur Apartments, Fore Property Company’s proposed 293-unit apartment complex on the same site as Arizona Charlie’s.

Decatur Apartments, located at 810 S. Decatur Blvd., will consist of 173 one- and 120 two-bedroom apartments. Additionally, the eight-acre site will also become home to retail space encompassing slightly less than 10KSF.

Arizona Charlies, LLC’s parent company, Golden Entertainment, owns the site, while Fore Property Company is the applicant, developer and general contractor. EDI International is the architect, and Kaempfer Crowell is serving as the project representative. (NVBEX, May 19; April 23)

Planned amenities include an office space, fitness center, work lounge and community hub. The multi-building development will feature open space areas for each building.

Each building will be three stories and 40 feet tall. The buildings will feature a color stucco finish accented by horizontal lap siding, tiles, corrugated metal and vertical siding.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported groundbreaking is expected in Q1 2026.
