1. L & R Investments has sold a 20.2KSF industrial building at 2975 Lincoln Road in Las Vegas for $4.1M. Colliers represented the seller.

2. North Commerce LLC has acquired a 10.2KSF industrial space at 2942 Lincoln Road #103 in Las Vegas for $2.6M. ERA Brokers Consolidated represented the buyer.

3. Collins 12K LLC has sold 7.6KSF of industrial space at 4150 N. Lamb Blvd., Ste. 105 & 110 in Las Vegas for $2.1M. Logic Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.

Lease Transactions

4. Clarion Partners has leased 34.3KSF of industrial space at 4320 N. Lamb Blvd., Ste. 100 & 200 in Las Vegas. Colliers represented the landlord.

5. Pacifica Real Estate Group has leased 31.3KSF of industrial space at 4120 W. Windmill Lane, Ste. 102 in Las Vegas. Colliers represented the tenant.

He has worked in the Las Vegas Valley and for the Public Works sector for nearly 35 years. He began as an owner in a local architectural firm designing and overseeing projects for Public Works clients for nearly 12 years. He clearly understands the expectations of the public sector, as he then directed numerous projects for over 16 years as the City Architect for the City of Henderson. His focus has always been delivering projects using CMAR or Construction Manager at Risk as he has implemented dozens of projects with his trusted approach, while always involving every stakeholder to ensure each individual receives the highest level of services expected.
