1. NAIOP Southern Nevada recently issued its 29th annual Spotlight Awards. The honorees and projects were:
- Retail Tenant Improvement: Neon Fabulous LLC for Prowl Cocktail Bar;

Groundbreakings
2. Sansone Companies has broken ground on Centurion, a 24-acre mixed-use development in Henderson’s Inspirada community at the intersection of Via Centro and Via Inspirada. Plans call for approximately 78.8KSF of retail space, including a Sprouts grocery store, along with 600 apartment units. The developer is beginning construction with the retail portion of the project, a phase valued at approximately $60M, which is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
Progress Reports
3. The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is developing Lusso Lounge, a 10KSF executive meeting space on the third floor of The Venetian Convention Center. Woogmaster Studio is serving as the design firm. The project is part of the resort’s $188M renovation of the convention center, announced in 2024. The new venue is expected to open in Q4.
Completions
4. Ovation Development has opened Sunhaven, a three-story, 50-unit permanent supportive housing community at 1400 S. Nellis Blvd. in Las Vegas. The $17.1M project provides housing for extremely low-income residents who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. UNLV Health Mojave Counseling will provide on-site clinical and case management services, with additional support programs from WestCare. The first residents are expected to move in during March.
