1. The U.S. Green Building Council announced the Top 10 States for LEED in 2025, recognizing the U.S. states with the most LEED-certified commercial space per capita in the last year. The U.S. remains the world’s leading market for LEED certification. Nevada ranked ninth overall with 32 LEED projects totaling nearly 7.1MSF.
