1. ArchCrest Partners, LLC recently celebrated its grand opening. ArchCrest Partners serves the Residential Real Estate Division of its parent company, ArchCrest Commercial Partners. The new division will assist in leasing and sales, investment property acquisitions and buying and selling residential properties.

2. DLR Group has appointed Kim Smith as Senior Associate and National Healthcare Business Development Leader, based out of its Las Vegas office. Her previous role was as a business development leader for healthcare at Construction Specialists Inc. In her new role, Smith will lead DLR Group’s healthcare initiatives and strategic efforts in the national healthcare practice.
