To maintain compliance with Senate Bill 1, the bill that helped fund Allegiant Stadium, the Raiders have a number of improvement projects planned for the stadium over the next five years.
The $2B stadium has maintained its position as the top-grossing U.S. stadium for the last two years. Upgrades to the stadium are split into three categories: vital infrastructure replacements, safety/security improvements and guest experience enhancements.
In the next one-to-two years, the football team will change the static signage in the stadium parking lot entrances to programmable LED signs, upgrade video surveillance systems throughout the facility, refurbish the field tray and replace equipment batteries with options focused on sustainability.
In two-to-three years the video control room will be updated with modern technology, and the public address system will be replaced.
Projects in the next three-to-five years consist of parking lot repaving, as well as interior and exterior LED display upgrades. (Source)
