Duncan Golf Management is bringing its proposed Lakeridge Golf Course Hotel before the Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Commission.

Duncan Golf Management is the owner and developer. Wood Rodgers, Inc. prepared a conceptual site plan for the project and is serving as the representative. Developers have yet to select an official architect and general contractor. (NVBEX; Nov. 26, 2025; Jan. 31)

Preliminary cost estimates suggest the roughly 100-room hotel will have a price tag of $100M. The hotel will feature dining options, a spa, bar, 15 villas, two pools, several sports courts, a garden and additional parking.

The hotel is to be constructed on a 12.5-acre portion of the existing Lakeridge Golf Course. The land is situated in the northern portion of the golf course.

The move to the Regional Planning Commission comes after the Reno City Council gave its approval to the project twice. The most recent meeting was for a required zoning change.

In its approval of the zoning change, City Council added three additional conditions. Construction must be completed in the next seven years; there must be at least 50 covered parking spaces with solar panels, and a certificate of occupancy will only be issued upon the introduction of a 25-year deed restriction. The deed restriction is intended to preserve the golf course.

Developers are interested in bringing in a hotelier and are looking for architectural firms and general contractors. Interested parties can send an email to heather@interiuspartners.com.
