1. The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco announced it will provide $800K to the Washoe Housing Authority in Gardnerville to improve its housing infrastructure. The bank also provided $1.8M to its Tribal Nations Program to expand the supply of affordable housing in Native American communities. (Source: The Record Courier)

Lease Transactions

2. Basin Street Properties announced ACS Groupsigned a lease at 50 W. Liberty St. in downtown Reno. The two-tower property totals 249.4KSF of office space. ACS Group’s specific lease volume was not disclosed. Dickson Commercial Group’s Patrick Riggs represented the tenant. Dickson Commercial’s Dominic Brunetti represented the landlord, Basin Street Properties.

He clearly understands the expectations of the public sector, as he then directed numerous projects for over 16 years as the City Architect for the City of Henderson. His focus has always been delivering projects using CMAR or Construction Manager at Risk as he has implemented dozens of projects with his trusted approach, while always involving every stakeholder to ensure each individual receives the highest level of services expected.
