Sales Transactions

1. The Calida Group sold Elysian at Sunset, a 384-unit apartment complex in Las Vegas, for $118M in late January. The three-year-old property sold for significantly more than the market average. The property is located at 8150 Rafael Rivera Way.

2. Brownstone Apartments in Las Vegas’ Centennial Hills was purchased by SB Real Estate Partners for $42M. The new owners are rebranding the 143-unit property as Portola Centennial Hills. Fore Property sold the property. Berkadia Las Vegas’ John Cunningham, Charles Steele and Jared Glover represented both the buyer and seller.

3. Sansone Companies purchased the Stephanie Beltway Plaza retail center just south of the 215 Beltway in Henderson for $30.6M. Tavaco Properties sold the 100KSF strip mall. The new owners are considering developing new spaces on the 10.3-acre property.

4. Red Rock 136 Building 6, a 136.8KSF Class A distribution facility on 8.3 acres, has been sold to LBA Logistics. The property, located at 9195 Moya Blvd., was sold by Panattoni Development Company and AEW, with Kidder Mathews representing them. Construction, valued at $15M, was completed in February 2024 by Alston Construction, with Tectonics Design Group as the architect.

5. Pahrump Valley KRD purchased three retail buildings in the Pahrump Valley Junction retail center. S&S Pahrump sold the three buildings for an undisclosed amount. The three buildings combine for a total of 37.9KSF. Voit Real Estate Service’s Max Stone, Josh Salik and Michael Paul represented the seller, while JW Michaels Commercial’s John Whistler represented the buyer.

He began as an owner in a local architectural firm designing and overseeing projects for Public Works clients for nearly 12 years. He clearly understands the expectations of the public sector, as he then directed numerous projects for over 16 years as the City Architect for the City of Henderson. His focus has always been delivering projects using CMAR or Construction Manager at Risk as he has implemented dozens of projects with his trusted approach, while always involving every stakeholder to ensure each individual receives the highest level of services expected.
