Progress Reports
3. A soft opening is expected this fall for the Pahrump Community Health Center, a 23KSF facility at 136 S. Lola Lane. The center includes a 17.2KSF surgery component with an annual capacity of roughly 4,500 patients. While construction will be complete by fall, licensing requirements will delay the official opening. Community Health Development Partners broke ground in summer 2022 with initial completion planned within a year, but construction and equipment delays pushed the timeline back. Construction costs are $17M, with an additional $4M-$6M for medical equipment.
Completions
4. Windsor Commerce Park, the 1.6MSF, 86-acre industrial park at the NEC of Carey Avenue and Simmons Street in North Las Vegas, recently welcomed a new 114KSF. Pattern Inc., a logistics firm, leased the building last year while it was still under construction and is now its first tenant. Windsor Commerce Park is currently 43% leased.
5. Phase 2a, Sierra Lutheran High School’s expansion project, will be completed in May following a year of construction. Van Woert Bigotti served as the architect. Manhard Consulting handled civil engineering, and Metcalf Builders is the general contractor. The 19.7KSF project sits on 1.2 acres and includes a six-classroom academic building and a new multipurpose hall named the Pastor Julias “Juls” Clausen Memorial Center. The school has plans for a subsequent project but has not announced the details.
