Progress Reports

3. Dermody Properties is nearing completion on two major industrial projects. United Construction is the GC for both. The first, located in Spanish Springs, consists of two buildings totaling 385KSF at LogistiCenter at Kiley Ranch. The 198KSF first building is set to deliver within weeks. The second will follow in 60-90 days. The second major project, located at Reno AirLogistics Park in Stead, also consists of two buildings. The nearly complete first building totals 468.7KSF, with a second 654.5KSF facility now in site prep. As the Reno AirLogistics Park expands, an extension of Moya Blvd. will be built to connect the facilities to the Reno Tahoe Airport.

The four-story, age-restricted project offers one- and two-bedroom apartments. The $48M development was funded in part by Clark County, the Nevada Housing Division and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, with land contributed by the Bureau of Land Management.

5. Evening Entertainment Group will open Bottled Blonde Las Vegas on June 26 at 3639 Las Vegas Blvd., with a grand opening event set for July 18. The $50M, 25KSF, three-story venue at Grand Bazaar Shops will operate as a restaurant by day and transition into a nightlife destination at night.
