1. Colliers’ Melissa Molyneaux was named Broker of the Quarter for Q2 2025 by Basin Street Properties. Molyneaux originally joined the firm in 2005 and has been a part of more than 1,160 transactions. She focuses on landlord and tenant advisory services in leasing and sales.
New Hires
2. The Las Vegas City Council unanimously ratified Rosa Cortezas a new Deputy City Manager. In her new role, Cortez will oversee multiple departments as determined by the City Manager Mike Janssen. Her oversight responsibilities include the City’s $1.8B capital improvement project fund.
