Promotions
2. Basin Street Properties announced the promotions of the following individuals:
- Elaine Nelson, promoted to VP of Operations. She most recently served as Director of Property Management and has been with the firm for 10 years.
- Stephen Biehle, promoted to Chief Financial Officer. He joined the firm 18 months ago as Director of Finance.
- Jacob Chaparian, promoted to VP of Leasing. He has been with the firm for eight years and began as an intern before growing into a leadership role in leasing.
New Hires
3. Todd Collins and Jonathan Wenthe have joined ArchCrest Commercial Partners as Senior Director and Director, respectively. Collins and Wenthe have more than 20 years of combined experience in commercial real estate—specializing in retail, office, investment sales and leasing—and have completed transactions totaling more than 1.4MSF.
