Reno Pro Soccer recently filed plans with the City of Reno for the Reno Pro Soccer Stadium, now called The Boulevard Reno.
Reno Pro Soccer is the owner and developer. TVS Architecture and Interior Design is the architect. Holland & Hart is serving as the legal representative.
The mixed-use development is proposed on a roughly 28-acre site at the intersection of Kietzke and Peckham lanes. The site was the former home of the Jones West Ford dealership and currently holds a strip mall occupied by Grocery Outlet, Savers and Dollar Tree.
An affiliate of Reno Pro Soccer, NYTDAW-North, purchased the former Ford location, while another affiliate, NYTDAW-South, purchased the nearby Peckham Square.
The company recently announced it will pursue community input in the near future, which will help determine the team’s name, colors, crest and stadium features. (NVBEX; Dec. 15, 2025)
Plans call for a 6,000-seat soccer stadium, hotel, gaming area and retail/restaurant. The commercial and hospitality facilities will surround a public plaza dubbed “Electric Avenue.” Plans call for up to eight buildings with a maximum height of seven stories. The hotel/casino will feature 301 rooms as well as a five-story parking garage.
According to the justification letter, the stadium will be approximately 99.4KSF. The retail/restaurant village will total 55KSF, and Electric Avenue will total 37KSF. The casino/hotel podium will be 71.2KSF and the gaming floor will be 38KSF.
Alongside the application, developers are requesting the City expand its gaming overlay district throughout Kietzke Lane. Conditional use permits are also being requested for the arena, hotel and outdoor areas.
The development calls for more than 1,270 parking spaces in Phase One, as well as exterior shared parking areas for large events. The documents indicate the proposal will generate 850 to 950 jobs.
The arena will serve as a home for Reno Pro Soccer’s United Soccer League Championship franchise.
