Sales Transactions

1. LBA Logistics purchased a 181.6KSF industrial building at 1095 Spice Island Dr. in Sparks for $27.9M. The deal, which was brokered by NAI Alliance, is the largest single-building industrial sale in northern Nevada this year. The seller was a private trust. The facility includes eight warehouse units available for lease.

2. Barclay Group has purchased the 46.7-acre Kiley Ranch Marketplace in Sparks for $25.6M from KM2 Development, Inc. The land is at the SWC of Wingfield Hills Road and Pyramid Highway. A future 400KSF retail power center is planned for the site, which will be the first new development of its kind in Sparks since 2005. Kidder Mathews represented both the buyer and seller and will lead leasing efforts.

3. Panattoni Development Co. recently purchased two industrial buildings in the Southwest Vegas Innovation Centerfor an undisclosed amount. The buildings are located at 3300, 3564 and 3515 Birtcher Drive. Building One totals 138.8KSF split between an 83.1KSF warehouse space and 55.7KSF office space. Building Two is 9.1KSF and features a fenced yard. Aristocrat Technologies Inc. is leasing the property.
