1. Kennedy Wilson acquired Tides on Commerce, a 336-unit apartment complex in North Las Vegas. The property at 4249 N. Commerce St. sold for $70M.
2. Dr. Jaswinder Grover purchased the Red Rock Country Club golf course off Desert Foothills Drive and Charleston Blvd. for $50M. Colliers’ Mike Mixer and Keith Cubba brokered the transaction. The seller was undisclosed.
3. Carson Valley Arts Council signed a five-year agreement to operate Carson Valley Cinemas in Minden. Douglas County purchased the more than 20KSF theater for $2.9M using transient occupancy tax funds, with plans to explore adding performance and arts spaces in the future.
