Daniel Leo, the self-proclaimed “CEO of Las Vegas,” recently announced a retro-themed amusement park dubbed RetroEscapes near the Las Vegas Strip on Instagram.
The announcement was made alongside a swath of AI renderings featuring the RetroEscapes logo. The renderings feature various attractions in the theme park that may be featured if the project is constructed. According to 8 News Now, Leo is working alongside PGAV Destinations.
If constructed, the theme park will feature different attractions that reflect the 1950’s, ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s. Very few project details have been announced at this time.

The post revealed the “Fountain of Youth,” which will feature nightly fireworks and light shows.
While the project is still in such early stages that it doesn’t have a location, the project website is already selling tickets for events. Currently, there are three future events listed: the 1990s Throwback Jams Night, 1950s Sock Hop Extravaganza and 80s VR Gamer Night.
Each event has its date and time listed as “TBD”, but each is slated to be held at different locations that seemingly appear in the AI renderings. This consists of the “1990s Concert Hall,” the “1950s Diner” and the “1980s Virtual Arcade.”
The 1950s Sock Hop Extravaganza allows guests to RSVP. The other event listings show prices of $20.50 to attend.
The proposal has not yet appeared before any Clark County commissions for review and approval.
