The Clark County Zoning Commission approved revised plans for the heart-shaped resort proposed at the skeleton of SkyVue in Paradise.
The application lists Kulik River Capital LLC as the owner, while Tempo Ventures is the developer. Steelman Partners is handling architectural work, while the preliminary landscape plan was prepared by Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. Brown, Brown & Premsrirut is providing legal representation.
The initial proposal was slated to be 406 feet tall with 874 rooms. (NVBEX; June 12) Revisions have reduced the scope to a height of 317 feet and 752 rooms.
The height reduction was tied to Federal Aviation Administration approval, which has been granted after the reduction.
The land was purchased this spring for $70M. It sits mostly vacant, aside from a handful of small buildings and two concrete columns meant for the unfinished SkyVue project. The project is located at 3941 S. Las Vegas Blvd.
