1. The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco announced it will provide $800K to the Washoe Housing Authority in Gardnerville to improve its housing infrastructure. 2. Basin Street Properties announced ACS Groupsigned a lease at 50 W. Liberty St. in downtown Reno. The two-tower property totals 249.4KSF of office space. ACS Group’s specific lease volume was not disclosed. Dickson Commercial Group’s Patrick Riggs represented the tenant. Dickson Commercial’s Dominic Brunetti represented the landlord, Basin Street Properties.
