The co-CEOs of Panda Express, Andrew and Peggy Cherng, donated $17M to the St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation to purchase a building at the Siena medical campus in Henderson.
The Foundation is currently in the preliminary planning stages to renovate the building and expand its cancer, trauma and pediatrics services.
The newly purchased 88KSF building is now dubbed the Cherng Family Medical Building. Dignity Health owns and operates the hospital. The building will host ancillary services as well as medical offices. The purchase expands the campus to 636KSF.
The building was previously owned by Ventas, with St. Rose Dominican renting approximately 25KSF of the space. (Source)
