Sales Transactions

1. NorthPoint Development purchased the Las Vegas Logistics Centerfor $175M. The property, located on a 50-acre site in North Las Vegas, consists of three industrial buildings totaling more than 1MSF. Blackstone’s Link Logistics sold the property. Colliers handled the transaction.

2. A 169KSF industrial building at 400 E. Parr Blvd. in Reno sold for $20.5M. The buyer was an undisclosed owner/occupier in the kitchen and bath appliance industry, and the seller was Panattoni Development Co. Mike Nevis and Shawn Jaenson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. They were joined by Will Strong, Molly Hunt, Michael Matchett, Jack Stamets and Madeline Warren of the firm’s National Industrial Advisory Group – Mountain West, along with Jeff Chiate, Rick Ellison, Matthew Leupold and Aubrie Monahan of the IAG – West team.

He clearly understands the expectations of the public sector, as he then directed numerous projects for over 16 years as the City Architect for the City of Henderson. His focus has always been delivering projects using CMAR or Construction Manager at Risk as he has implemented dozens of projects with his trusted approach, while always involving every stakeholder to ensure each individual receives the highest level of services expected.
