The Pearl in Las Vegas Chinatown to Begin Construction this Fall

Fore Property Company announced Pearl, the company’s planned 380-unit mixed-use apartment complex in Las Vegas’ Chinatown district, is slated to begin construction in November.

Fore Property Companyis listed as the owner and applicant. Perlman Architects is the architect of record. Kaempfer Crowell is the zoning attorney, and Silver Lands Inc. is the landscape architect. (NVBEX: Feb. 24)

The residential portion will contain 64 studios, 255 one-, 49 two- and 12 three-bedroom units. Residential units will sit above the commercial development on floors four-through-six. There will be certain areas where the residential portion makes up all six stories.

The apartment complex will feature 32.6KSF of commercial space and be constructed on a 10.5-acre site. The project was initially approved in January, and then Fore later closed on the site in May for $24.2M. The site was previously owned by HMV Group.

The site, located along Valley View Blvd. and Procyon Street, currently features several vacant buildings.
