Sales Transactions

1. Rivera Law Group purchased the historic Levy House, a 5.4KSF mansion at 121 California Ave. in Reno, for $1.3M. The seller was the Nevada Museum of Art. The property was built in 1906 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The mansion previously housed Sundance Books and Music before the store closed in 2024.

Lease Transactions

2. Cushman & Wakefield’s Ben Brenner, Mindy Lissner, MariaGrace Iantosca, Todd Collins and Jonathan Wenthe represented Ambient Enterprises’ DMG in a 19KSF lease transaction at 1900 S. McCarran Blvd. in Reno. DMG’s newly leased space is a part of Locus Development Group’s McCarran Business Park.

3. Avison Young’s Brooks Hauf and Dereck Barrett represented ReproTech in a 12.6KSF lease transaction at 1950 S. McCarran Blvd. in Reno. ReproTech’s new space is within Locus Development Group’s McCarran Business Park.

4. Google Fiber leased an undisclosed amount of space at Howard Hughes Holdings’ Meridian office complex near the intersection of Flamingo Road and Hualapai Way in Summerlin. The tenant plans on moving into the facility in spring 2026.

He clearly understands the expectations of the public sector, as he then directed numerous projects for over 16 years as the City Architect for the City of Henderson. His focus has always been delivering projects using CMAR or Construction Manager at Risk as he has implemented dozens of projects with his trusted approach, while always involving every stakeholder to ensure each individual receives the highest level of services expected.
